What is WisePay?
WisePay is our online payment service used to pay for lunch money, school trips, events and stationery items. It is a quick, easy to use system available 24/7, allowing parents and carers to make safe and secure payments online using a debit or credit card.
When will I receive my child’s login details?
You will receive an email from the school containing your WisePay login details in September, when your child starts school. Once you have received your login details, please log in as soon as possible to ensure any issues can be dealt with promptly.
Should I change my password?
Yes. It is recommended that you change your password when you first log in. Once you do this, your username will automatically change to your registered email address. For future logins, you will use your email address and your new password.
What is the WisePay app and how do I access it?
The WisePay app allows you to manage payments easily from your mobile device.
When registering on the app, you will be asked for:
- Your organisation code (Our organisation code is: 37786949)
- Your username
- Your password
Please note that your username may be your email address or, for some users, it may appear as firstname.lastname of your child, as shown in your original login email.
I have more than one child at the school. How does this work?
If you have more than one child at the school, you will receive separate login details for each child. Parents and carers can link sibling accounts so they are shown under a single login. Please see the How-To Guide on the school website for step by step instructions.
Important: accounts must be linked starting with the youngest sibling.
Can I use the WisePay app for more than one child?
Yes. If you are using the app, we recommend adding each account separately rather than merging them within the app. This makes it easier to ‘tap’ between children when making payments. Further guidance is available in the app user guide in the parent view.
