Hourly rate: £13.26 to £13.47
FTE £25,583 - £25,990 pa
Based on 27 hours 40 minutes per week, term time only plus 5 Inset Days

We are currently expanding our superb team of Grade 2 Teaching Assistants and invite applications from energetic, positive applicants who want to make a difference in the lives of our wonderful students.

This is a chance to join a Special Educational Needs and Disability department that is regarded as a centre of excellence. The students it supports have a wide range of needs and working with them offers you the challenges and rewards of education at its best.

Nunnery Wood High School is oversubscribed with extremely high standards of behaviour and respect. Our students with additional needs are a vital part of the school community and they all access mainstream lessons as a significant part of their timetables. Their remaining time is spent in the Base – a suite of rooms dedicated to additional support.
