Lost Property

We are looking at improving the recording and identifying of lost property in school. Between now and half term our Systems Team will be writing an electronic system to try to reunite Students with their personal items.

Once the system is up and running and an item is found it will be recorded by our Reception Staff. This will allow brief details to be displayed on the our digital signage systems, the school's community intranet and also on this website (for Parents/Carers to access).

To improve this even further we ask that Parents/Carers ensure Students items are clearly marked with their name, which makes the return of items simple.

Services Restored

We have had issues with services on our network over the Summer. Maintainance was carried out as planned, however other issues out of our control have caused problems with automatic updates to this website and access to essential resources. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Severe Weather Arrangements

In the event of severe weather, particularly SIGNIFICANT falls of snow, which could lead to the School closing, please listen to BBC Hereford and Worcester (104 FM) and Radio Wyvern (102.8 FM) during the morning pre-school period.

However, following a previous year's experience where the decision to close the School was not broadcast by the radio stations until some time after they had been told, the School’s Website will contain up to date information regarding any closure – if possible please look at the website to find out whether the school has been closed in the event of heavy snowfall.

Always assume that the School is open unless you are told otherwise via local radio or our website.
