Open Evening: A Success PDF Print E-mail
Tuesday, 22 September 2009

Our annual Open Evening was a huge success on Tuesday 22nd September.  The attendance for the evening was overwhelming with the school hall busting at the seams for the 2nd of Alun Williams, Head Teacher's welcome speech.

The school was buzzing with all areas of the school community showing the vast range of teaching and learning experiences for students.  It was also an opportunity to show the many areas which have been refurbished over the Summer break.

A huge thank you to both Teaching and Support Staff for making the event so successful.  Also to the many prospective parents, carers and students for taking time to visit our school.  We hope you were impressed with our facilities and any questions you had were addressed. If you would like to give us feedback on the evening, please click "Write Comment" below.

Severe Weather Arrangements

Severe WeatherIn the event of severe weather, particularly SIGNIFICANT falls of snow, which could lead to the School closing, please listen to BBC Hereford and Worcester (104 FM) and Radio Wyvern (102.8 FM) during the morning pre-school period.

However, following a previous year's experience where the decision to close the School was not broadcast by the radio stations until some time after they had been told, the School’s Website will contain up to date information regarding any closure – if possible please look at the website to find out whether the school has been closed in the event of heavy snowfall.

Always assume that the School is open unless you are told otherwise via local radio or our website.
